About SafaraCare
The medical travel service of Freedom Protocol.
SafaraCare helps patients in Ghana, and progressively across Africa, access planned treatment at international hospitals — while keeping their care connected to clinicians at home before they travel and after they return.
What SafaraCare does
- Doctor-led screening and medical-record review before travel is considered
- Coordination with international hospitals and specialist teams
- Treatment planning and practical preparation for you and your companion
- Coordination while you are receiving treatment abroad
- A structured handover back into follow-up care at home
What SafaraCare is not
- We are not a hospital and we do not perform treatment
- We are not a travel agency and we do not sell holidays
- We do not provide emergency care or emergency medical evacuation
- We do not decide whether treatment is suitable — a qualified doctor does
- We do not publish prices, hospital names or outcome claims on this website
Our clinical foundation
Backed by Freedom Protocol
SafaraCare is a Freedom Protocol service. Freedom Protocol provides the clinical foundation for SafaraCare's patient preparation and aftercare in Ghana, helping connect treatment abroad with care at home.

Where we work
Starting in Ghana, built to grow
Our first patient market is Ghana, with other African markets to follow. Our first international treatment destination is India, and further destinations and hospital partners will be added as clinical partnerships are established.
