A clearer journey
One continuous care experience, in four connected stages.
SafaraCare coordinates planned treatment abroad while your care stays connected to clinicians at home — before you travel, while you are away and after you return.
Stage 01
Assess at home
Screening, medical-record review and a personalised preparation plan with our clinical team at home.

Stage 02
Prepare & coordinate
We coordinate hospital options, specialist discussions, treatment planning and practical travel preparation.

Stage 03
Treatment abroad
You receive your planned treatment from the selected hospital and specialist team, with SafaraCare coordinating around your care.

Stage 04
Return & aftercare
Your clinical information is handed back into follow-up care at home for recovery monitoring, rehabilitation and ongoing support where appropriate.

Good to know
The practical questions patients ask first
Your medical records
Records are reviewed with your consent and shared only with the clinicians involved in your care. Please do not send any reports until a coordinator has explained this to you.
Travelling with a companion
We ask that you travel with a companion where possible, and we include them in preparation and coordination.
Who decides
Suitability and all treatment decisions are clinical decisions made by qualified doctors. SafaraCare coordinates; it does not provide the treatment.
Costs and hospital options
Details, costs and hospital options are confirmed with you during your consultation.
SafaraCare does not provide emergency care and does not arrange emergency or critical-care transfers. In an emergency, go to your nearest hospital or call emergency services now.
